Splash Magazines attended one of the events hosted by The FOX Sports House during SXSW 2018 Conference and Festival on March 11, 2018. The FOX Sports House occurred March 9-12 and SXSW attendees were invited to experience the FOX Sports House during the conference by attending panels and special events at the Hangar Lounge in Austin, Texas.
The FOX Sports House was full of soccer fanatics who were very enthusiastic to learn about the groundbreaking “PHENOMS” documentary series launch.
The FOX Sports House guests enjoyed tattoo artists, interactive photography, and music as well as tacos, Moscow Mules, and a selection of international beers and music by DJ Trauma.
The FOX Sports House celebrated the launch of FOX Sports’ “PHENOMS” series with food, drink, series preview, and discussion. In attendance was the internationally renowned Gordon Ramsay, a big fan of soccer and star of FOX’s “MasterChef”, “Hell’s Kitchen”, and “24 Hours to Hell and Back”, as well as Mario Melchiot the Executive Producer of “PHENOMS” and former professional player, Rob Stone, the FOX Sports Studio Host, and David Worthen Executive Producer of “PHENOMS” who is also Vice President of FOX Digital Studio. They came together to showcase and discuss the beautiful game of soccer and its rising stars. ‘PHENOMS’ is a groundbreaking documentary series, chronicling the journey of world’s next great soccer players on their quests to represent their respective countries in the upcoming World Cup.
This captivating global sports documentary follows rising stars on the road to the” 2018 FIFA World Cup” and includes commentary and participation from over 60 players that were filmed in 20 countries by 12 directors.
