The Perky One

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
• 0.75 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 1 Single Espresso
• ⅙ oz sugar syrup

Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

The Classic One

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
• 0.25 oz Dry Vermouth

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass over cubed ice. Stir for 15/20 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Mexican Martini

Ingredients:

• 2.5 oz Volcan de mi Tierra Tequila Cristalino
• 1.5 oz orange liqueur
• 1.5 oz lime juice
• 1.5 oz olive brine from the olive jar

Method: Shake the ingredients in a shaker full of ice, strain into a martini glass and spritz with the orange zest. Garnish with olives and an optional lime wedge.
