During football season Flanker Kitchen will open on weekends at 9:30 am and kick you off to an exciting brunch menu created by Chef Daniel Ontiveros. Along with regular football favorites such as pretzels, burgers, and wings, Flanker offers healthy alternatives including salad bowls, Vanilla Yogurt Parfait, and Atlantic Salmon: Grains, Broccolini, Miso Chili Glaze.
Flanker also offers an elevated experience with Spinach Crab Dip, Ahi Tuna Tartare Tacos, and the absolute must have Caviar Lobster Roll served on buttered-drenched bread loaded with Creamy Lobster and topped with Caviar. Other must have delights are the Double Wagyu Smash: Two Quarter-Pound Wagyu Patties, Bacon-Onion Jam, American Cheese, Toasted Brioche Bun, and the Crème Brulé French Toast: Warm Banana & Walnut, Vanilla Bean Custard, Chantilly.
